CONNECTED
Provide for streets, trails, and boardwalks with safe, direct, and continuous access to destinations for all ages, abilities, and users.

PARTNERSHIPS
Participate in coordinated development, infrastructure, and human capital investments involving the City, public agencies, property owners, businesses, and the community.
Project Area
The project area encompasses an 85-acre portion of downtown Soldotna, currently a mix of auto-orientated businesses along the busy Sterling Highway along with underutilized and undeveloped properties located between the Sterling Highway and the world-renowned Kenai River.
